• Put them on and take them off with your two hands.

• Store them in a hard case to keep them safe.

• Don’t put them where you or other people may sit or lie down.

• Wash them when necessary with some dish washing liquid and water using a  soft cloth.

• Dry them with a soft cloth.

• Don’t sleep with them on.

• Never rest them face down on their lenses. They will get scratched.
  

• Store your glasses beyond the reach of young children or pets.
